Come listen to non-stop music — happening outdoors (weather permitting) beside the Windsor Tavern under a big tent!
Admission: $10 in advance! Tickets on sale at The Review, the Windsor Tavern and Dépanneur Lalande in Vankleek Hill! This is a fundraiser for the Vankleek Hill Food Bank!
Entertainment Schedule:
3 p.m.: Uncle George and Johnny MacCaskill (Two local veteran entertainers. Fiddling, guitar music and singing!)
4 p.m.: Paddy Kelly & Ashley MacLeod (Scottish & Celtic music, fiddling and guitar, singing, too by two of Glengarry’s favourite performers.)
5 p.m.: The Alleykatts hail from Brownsburg, QC and will be playing rock hits, some country and much more! Great local talent!
6:30 p.m.: The Outlaws bring their country flair to the stage!
7 p.m.: Zumba break with Louise Stephenson! Consider this a seventh-inning stretch and follow along as Louise gives a Zumba demo! Warm up for the dance floor!
7:15 p.m.: The Outlaws: Another 30-minute set.
8 p.m.: Rude Mood. More local talent and this time, enjoy some down-home blues!
9:30 p.m.: Terry Gillespie and his band will rock the house with some great dance-music — a hint of blues, reggae and much more from “The Brother of the Blues” who brings his friendly stage presence to the Jamboree for the first time!
We will have an on-site barbecue — with volunteers from the Vankleek Hill Adult Synchro Skating Team cooking hamburgers, hot dogs and more as a fundraiser! Come support the synchro team!
SOMETHING NEW! Every Jamboree ticket-holder has a chance to win a trip for two to the Niagara Wine Region! Two people stay two nights, wine tour & more — courtesy of The Travel Agent Next Door (Amanda Ficzere). MANY door prizes to be won! Even if you cannot attend, buy a ticket for a chance to win the grand prize or a door prize!
